Texas Coverage Solutions is not an insurance company. We do not underwrite, issue or administer insurance policies, we do not bind coverage, and we do not adjust or pay claims. Policies are issued by licensed insurance carriers and are governed entirely by the terms of the policy issued.
No coverage is created by this website
Submitting a quote request does not apply for insurance, does not bind coverage, and does not create any insurance contract. Coverage exists only when a licensed insurance carrier accepts a completed application and issues a policy in writing. Never cancel an existing policy in reliance on anything on this website until replacement coverage is confirmed in writing.
Information on this site is general
Coverage explanations, examples and guides on this site are general information for a general audience. They are not legal, tax, financial or insurance advice, they are not a statement of contract, and they do not describe any specific policy.
