We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, dates of birth, vehicle identification numbers, medical information or payment card information through this website. If you choose to proceed with a quote, additional information needed for underwriting is collected separately and directly, not through this site.
Our analytics provider collects standard technical information such as pages visited, approximate geographic region, referring website, browser type and device type. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
- To contact you about the insurance quote you requested.
- To prepare and present quotes based on what you asked for.
- To respond to questions you send us.
- To understand which pages of this site are useful, in aggregate.
What we do not do with it
We do not sell, rent, trade or syndicate your information to third-party lead buyers, marketing firms, data brokers or other agencies. Your quote request goes to one licensed Texas insurance professional.

- Service providers who operate this website and our email, bound to handle information only on our instructions.

By submitting a quote request you agree that a licensed Texas insurance professional may contact you by phone, text message or email regarding insurance quotes. Message and data rates may apply.
You can withdraw that consent at any time. Reply STOP to a text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or simply tell us on a call that you'd like to be removed. We will stop and we will not pass your information to anyone else.
Data retention
We keep quote request information for as long as needed to respond to your request and to meet recordkeeping obligations that apply to insurance transactions. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below, and we will comply except where a specific legal or regulatory obligation requires us to retain a record.
Your rights under Texas law
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents rights regarding personal data, including the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access it, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion, to obtain a copy, and to opt out of the sale of personal data or targeted advertising.
